Milk Makeup is by far the coolest makeup brand out there. All of their products are meticulously curated to give the most minimalistic and editorial vibe. Their packaging is right in line with the product collection, as well! I have never tried anything from the brand, mostly because of the higher price point and unfamiliarity with the product performance, but I have always been so drawn to its aesthetic. I would describe it as Glossier, but punchy. That being said, their Friends and Family sale began yesterday (6/11) and is currently over. With the offer of 25% off purchases $35 or more PLUS free shipping, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to dig into the brand’s beauty portfolio. As an added bonus, I got some gifts with purchase that have me super excited! Continue reading “Milk Makeup’s Friends & Family Sale 2018: What I Ordered”
I love to explore. Frankly, one of the things my parents value in doing as a family is traveling. Thanks to this I have had great opportunity to see some amazing places and take mediocre photos of breathtaking sights. In all these destinations, I have created memories, met new people, and grown closer to loved ones. Fall of 2015 I studied abroad in Brussels, Belgium and decided to create an Instagram account to document my experience. I loved the idea that all of my memories could be stored as photographed moments so I continued to use the account to post pictures from travels and adventures. If you followed my most recent post, you’ll know that I was visiting friends in Atlanta for the weekend. I’ve always lived within reasonable boundaries of the city, but really only visited the East Cobb, Buckhead, and Marietta areas, and the Masquerade for various reasons. With a little help from my friends, I ventured deeper into the city for a more authentic Atlanta experience. What did I discover? Plenty of great coffee, delicious food, and mural-wrapped buildings. This past week, I went with my mother on an amazing trip out to Arizona. We wanted to scout out apartments before I move out this summer, so we definitely kept busy. Rather than bore you with a long post, I’ll just share some pictures I took while exploring the Phoenix area. Continue reading “Phoenix, Arizona through Photos”
Disney and food lovers, rejoice! The EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival is a dream come true. Running through most of the Autumn season, the festival features unique small plates and beverages for less than $10. To celebrate the 35th year of EPCOT, the 2017 festival rolled out 35 Marketplaces in addition to all of the permanent pavilion offerings. Personally, I think it’s only ever worth it to visit EPCOT during festival season, but maybe I’m just biased. I was able to visit this past weekend so I only find it fitting to share.
